About Us


What makes us different?

Compare Recruitment Factoring was created by Simon who has significant experience providing factoring, payroll and back office funding and confidential invoice discounting solely into the recruitment market. Simon has worked for a number of national recruitment factoring/payroll funders and understands the complexities of recruitment businesses to enable the best funding solutions for them.

What makes CRF different from other comparison sites is that it only focuses on the recruitment market and therefore will understand the exact needs of your recruitment business which generic comparitors are unable to do.

CRF was born from frustration of seeing recruitment businesses enter into agreements with providers that may not have been the right solution for them. We believe it is important for a business to look at a number of options before committing to potentially long and sometimes highly contractual agreements.

Based in Monmouth, South Wales (not far from Cardiff), CRF covers all of the UK recruitment market through phone and face to face meetings at your or our offices (the kettle is always on!!)

Our access to the majority of suppliers makes sure that you only get introduced to the provider we think is best for you. We will ask the right questions and get quotes for you quickly at no cost from however many suppliers you require. On average most people ask for between 2-4 quotes.

Simon has worked for a number of different lenders over the last 10 years, dealing with a range of recruitment businesses from those just starting up to those with £50million plus turnover.

He has won numerous business awards and has a strong value base of always doing the right thing for the customer.

Outside of work Simon spends most of his time with family and friends enjoying the local countryside, walking, running and climbing the occasional mountain! Also his interest in cars, motorbikes and Formula 1 keeps Simon entertained outside of work when he’s not supporting customers or finding out about developments within lenders facilities.

Helen grew up in a small seaside resort in Dorset before moving to work in London as an 18 year old and grew into a career of managing teams within the finance and medical industries, however with young children came the pressure of being there for them, and meant leaving the office behind.

Having always been drawn to work, it came in the form of becoming a PA and now supporting Simon in the journey of Compare Recruitment Factoring. We constantly joke that Helen manages Simon and keeps him focused!

Outside of work Helen spends a lot of her time at the side of a football pitch, and when time allows, enjoys going to a gym class and planning the next holiday.


Who we work with?

We provide a comparison service for all recruitment businesses. Any sector, any size – PAYE, umbrella, limited temps/contractors. We have a wide variety of lenders, some that can even fund pay when paid contracts RPOS and export customers!

Most of our introductions are mainly UK businesses, but we can also can get quotes for international recruitment businesses.
